3. Third-Party Booking & Payments

To provide a seamless experience, our appointment scheduling and payment processing are handled by external, secure platforms (e.g., Square, Calendly).

  • Platform Handoff: When you click "Book Now," you leave our website and are subject to the terms and conditions of that specific booking provider.
  • Outages: We are not responsible for any technical downtime, scheduling errors, or payment failures that originate on the third-party platform.

4. Salon Business Policies (Informational)

Prior to finalizing your booking on our scheduling platform, please be aware of our standard physical operations:

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: We generally require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee processed by our booking partner.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of our next client.
  • Right to Refuse Service: For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving undisclosed health conditions, suspected fungal infections, or inappropriate behavior.
